Stress Ball

Undoubtedly, the most famous method of all for stress elimination is the use of stress balls. A stress ball, for the purpose of eliminating stress, is used by placing it in palms and squeezing it with fingers. This act of squeezing the ball in your hand can make you feel like you are at least doing something rather than thinking about everything that has you down, help you ease a few of your concerns, and release some built-up tension.

Types of Stress Balls:

The most common type of stress balls is called beanbag stress ball. It is easily available at industry gatherings and job fairs. This type of stress ball gives off a relieving noise that further tells you that you are doing something other than wondering about your tensions. This type of exercise is not only beneficial for you in coping up with stress, but it is also an excellent exercise for your hands.

Another type of stress balls is the one that is filled with some liquid to relieve your worries in a soft and soothing mode. However, this type does not give as much resistance as the beanbag type. One advantage this type of stress balls has over to the previous type is its being more squeezable than the previous one. Nevertheless, this advantage comes with a disadvantage and that is if you break the ball, the liquid will pour out and there will be mess that you will have to deal with.

There is a type of stress balls that is not the squeezable kind. It is known as Chinese stress balls and comes in pairs. This type of stress balls is made up of very hard materials. Since these balls made up of hard materials can not be squeezed, they are meant to be rolled around in your hand for the elimination of stress. One drawback associated with some Chinese stress balls is that they can not be used at work because of the fact that they come with some kind of noise maker inside that provides a soothing sound other than the noise of the balls rubbing and banging against each other.
